Course Description:
The First Aid at Work course is ideally suited for anybody who is looking to become a First Aider in a higher-risk workplace environment.
Candidates successfully completing this course will be entitled to act as a First Aider in the workplace.
The Level 3 First
Aid at Work course will equip personnel with the skills to apply First Aid to an extensive range of specific injuries and illnesses. This course complies with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) regulations 1981.
Course Description
Unit 2: Recognition and Management of Illness and Injury in the Workplace

Unconscious casualties (including seizure) -
Cardio pulmonary resuscitation -
Safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator -

Minor injuries (including small cuts, grazes and bruises, minor burns and scalds, small splinters)

Injuries to bones, joints and muscles (including spinal injuries) -

Sudden poisoning -
Anaphylaxis -
