Apprenticeships Standards are made up of several elements.

These can include:

  • On Programme Training Knowledge, Skills and Values/Behaviours

  • 20% ‘off the job’ Training

  • The Care Certificate

  • Functional Skills (Level 2 English and Maths)

  • End Point Assessment

The vehicle is designed to offer all students the optimum view of driving, enhancing debriefing and reflective practice.


Equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and free tea and coffee. The Genisys controls systems is the same as those found on most frontline ambulances.

The course is for CQC registered ambulance service providers and their staff who need to be compliant with changes to section 19 of the Road Traffic Act 2006 legislation.
